Description: Longwood University’s 74,000 square foot Health and Fitness Center contains an 8,000 square foot fitness center, gymnasiums, three group fitness studios, an indoor track and a climbing wall. The fitness center is outfitted completely with Life Fitness and Hammer Strength products and has a wide range of cardio and strength equipment to offer students workout variety. The strength equipment includes Circuit Series, which offers a non-intimidating workout for new students to exercise; Pro2 SE series for all types of users; Signature Series Cable Motion for added workout variety and Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded for athletic sports training. With this variety of equipment, the university is able to provide an exercise solution to fit the needs of all types of users.

"This facility has been a great investment for Longwood University.
